Instead after talking to the debtor and his wife at length the debtor surrenders the vehicle and voluntarily opens the garage back up and gives me the keys. So we finish the repo with permission to be there and get it off the property without further incident. That's how you handle a bad situation that goes from repo to breach and then back to repo.
